For starters, I spend most of my time listening to music. My playlists consist of many genres: RnB, Pop, Jazz, Rock, Indie, K-Pop, City Pop, Rap, Alternative, you name it. I am a firm believer that music, in itself, is a love language.Of course, I can’t introduce my interests without talking about my love for animanga and webtoons. As a lover of visual arts, I have a pretty big fondness for animations and comics. Some of my all-time favorites are Jujutsu Kaisen, Haikyuu, Free!, and Slam Dunk. There’s also BanG Dream!, apparently I’m a sucker for schoolgirls playing in a band together (my main is MyGo). Oh, and do ask me for webtoon recommendations, and I shall provide you my best shelf.As a wannabe cinephile, I also like watching movies. I have a tendency to lean more towards asian cinema, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying other movies. If it has romance and pretty scenes, then I’m already sold. My current Top 4 lists Us and Them (2018), Dead Poets Society (1989), Portrait of a Lady on Fire (2019), and Past Lives (2023). TV shows and series are on the more difficult side for me to keep up with, but one show I will always be fond of is Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Let me know if you’d like to be the Jake to my Amy.
